The main market hall and the meat and fish markets are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8.30am to 5pmSemi-open market held every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8.30am to 5pm
Open market held every Tuesday (second hand and collectors), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8am to 4.30pm
We also have a car boot every Sunday 7am to1pm
Transport
The market it situated in the town centre, approximately two miles from junction 37 of the M1 and makes an ideal day trip destination. The market benefits from free parking. Up to four coaches can be accommodated in the market service compound between 10:30am to 4.00pm. A free lunch will be provided for drivers.If you are travelling by car the market has a 550 space multi-storey car park situated above the semi-open market, making shopping at the market easy. There is free parking available on Saturdays, Sundays and public bank holidays. Additional parking is available in town, view customer parking in Barnsley.
