Dan Jarvis-Labours Real Heroes!

Let’s not get carried away here with talk of Heroes and Major’s followed by Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Iraq in the same sentence. Labour seem, again, to have taken the high moral ground as their Publicity Juggernaut rolls into Barnsley for the second by-election in as many months.  Eric Illsley the disgraced Public Expenses fiddler, who despite having full knowledge that a court appearance was likely, continued with the electoral process and after receiving the mantle for another term proceeded straight to the checkout for a top up ! Now in his misguided wisdom Ed Milliband, the estranged Labour Leader, has appointed a former Major of...

Barnsley-A lost Identity

Barnsley's economic future is bleak because of a culture of dependency and a lack of aspiration, a council report claims. To boost commerce the authors say the town should concentrate on developing a stronger identity so it can exploit tourism opportunities. The report states the borough is still suffering from the decline of traditional industries which have moved overseas. It says too many of the working-age population are a drain on the public purse and are sucked into a ‘downward spiral of dependency’, while too many in work are in low-skilled jobs. “‘Skills poverty’ has wide ranging implications, from entry level jobs through to...

Britain’s Islamist Terror Menace Created by Labour and Tories: Now They Want You to Pay for It

British taxpayers will have to cough up an additional £30 million per year for increased “monitoring” of Islamist fanatics in Britain in terms of “new” security laws announced by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg yesterday in parliament. The new rules, announced during a particularly pathetic display of idiocy in the House of Commons, will greatly increased the burden placed on Britain’s security services by allowing suspects currently under curfew even greater freedoms than before.According to a report by the Home Office, 92 percent of all convicted terrorists in Britain are Muslim (“Statistics on Terrorism Arrests and Outcomes Great Britain”,...

Study Which Claims “5.5 Million Muslims in 20 years” in Britain Is a Gross Underestimate

The claim by the American “Pew Center” that there will be 5.5 million Muslims in Britain by 2030 is a gross underestimation and based on a significant and serious calculation error, it has emerged. Edgware Road, London. The Pew Center, which is a Washington DC-based organisation which specialises in public policy study papers, said that Muslims are expected to account for 8.2 percent of the UK’s population in 2030, up from an estimated 4.6 percent today. ConDem Voodoo Economics: Nearly at Zimbabwe Level as Spending Cuts Start Destroying Private Sector

Britain’s Gross Domestic Product to National Debt ratio is now the fourth worst in the world, and only three places behind Zimbabwe, new figures have revealed. The Office for National Statistics has revealed in updated figures that Britain's debt now officially stands at £2.3 trillion, and not the £1 trillion earlier reported. The reason for the increase, the ONS said, was that the figures included the bankster bailouts for the first time. Liabilities of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Lloyds Banking Group on the Government’s balance sheet had added £1.3 trillion to the UK's net debt. The figures for Northern Rock and Bradford &...

Yet Another Privately-Owned Railway Company Folds

The collapse of the Wrexham and Shropshire railway company, which will stop operating tomorrow, has proven beyond doubt that the Tory-led and Labour-backed national transport privatisation policies are unviable and only serve to heighten congestion on the road network. The company’s closure, which means there is now no direct link between Shropshire and London, came after chairman Adrian Shooter said there was “no prospect” of the service becoming profitable. Wrexham and Shropshire railways was owned by a consortium, ironically including the German state operator Deutsche Bahn. It was one of three "open access" operators, which are train...

Why Do We Need Full-Time Police Officers to Enforce Multiculturalism if It Is Good?
